An employee in the scale S-27 was drawing a basic pay 19,550 (as on 1.1.2006) was promoted to S-29 on 1.2.2006 and his pay was fixed at 20,400 .As per 6th pay commission recommendation what will be his total pay. What will be his pay on 1.7.2006. When his increment will be effective as he would not have completed 6 months by 1.7.2006 ?
Another query ....
There was lot of hype in the media about the proposed hike. Could you provide a glimpse of hike in the starting, mid and end of each scale (S-1 to S-36) and corresponding hike in percentage.
