I have developed an Excel based ready reckoner /calculator for 6th pc arrears and new salary - post gazette notification - applicable to civilian employees including doctors, old as well as new rcruits, as well as for those who would like to defer the pay fixation date, including features like transport allowance, HRA as well as special pay (science and technology).
